I got my bike serviced by Albert and his team. He fixed my broken bike handle, I bought a new comfy seat and he installed my new bike rack for me and taught me how to do it myself. Great customer service, good people! will certainly come again and refer a friend.

Must have called about 15 different bike shops today to find a push handle for my daughter’s bicycle. The shop owner knew exactly what I was talking about when I called, and had not one, but two in stock! When I came by later to get one, the owner was so personable, and told me he likes to carry the items that other shops don’t. Mission accomplished! Such a nice experience! Easy parking in private lot on south side of the shop. Can’t wait to find a reason to come back and check out more! Thank you again 😃

Family Bicycles shipped my bike to my home in Dallas, Texas. The bike arrived 3 days earlier than promised and when I opened the box, I could tell that the bike and its contents were lovingly packed inside. What a great job. Family also did some work and annual inspections of my bike. I would not hesitate to recommend their services or use them in the future.

This business was started decades ago and is currently being run by the son Albert along with his wife and family members. You can be assured that the level of customer service you will receive is unprecedented. I have taken multiple bikes from cruisers to mountain bikes for them to service and have always been more than happy. The prices are very reasonable, and their time to do repairs is prompt and accurate every time!!! They go above and beyond to take care of the customers the way businesses should treat customers…. And a special shout out to Albert’s uncle, who went above and beyond to help me get my bikes after hours.

Very professional team there, the bike tech did not seem to speak English but was FANTASTIC at his job! He replaced my back wheel “that was hit by a car” with speed and accuracy… It went right back on my bike and spun true. The Guy I spoke to was 2nd generation owner and actually cared if I was satisfied…

Albert was a pleasure to work with! I came in to purchase 1 bike for myself and ended up leaving for another one for my husband. We are local residents looking start biking around the neighborhood.
Overall great experience. I recommend to go there if you are looking for a bike that will last you a long time.

I’ve purchased 4 cruisers @ Family Bicycle over past 13 years. Every bike a winner. I’m a bike commuter, I use them hard. Had a crankcase let go on a recent purchase ( definitely the manufactures error) I brought it in & explained I NEED my bike all the time. They took it in and replaced my bearings in an hour.
Excellent service in a pinch.
